What should I do if I input my name incorrectly?
You’ve booked your ticket suddenly you see it: a typing error or even a wrong name on the ticket. What happens next?
Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably the same day) by logging in at Manage My Booking to start your change request. A service agent will take care of your request.
However, a complete name change is almost never allowed. We will always do our utmost to help. For name corrections permitted by the airline, we will charge a service fee. The specific fee can be found in the Terms & Conditions. Airline costs are charged in addition. It is important to know that it is almost impossible to change a name on your ticket at weekends, because airline offices are often closed. Transferring your ticket to another person is almost never allowed.
